Because of the rapidity in sending emails with ePax, we can see that Agencies prefer to send a confirmation of receipt immediately after creating a file.
During the first installation, the Agency configures a series of model letters, such as "We have received your request...". ePax offers the possibility to define variables in the letters. For example, automatically insert the file number, the client's name, the date of request, etc. This allows, in many cases, to send an email automatically written, without typing any text.
ePax also allows sending attachments automatically, for example, a list of tours or a presentation of the agency. This also allows to send a confirmation email in record time.
