The user constantly knows what payments are received for every file. Selecting our client, he can insert a payment. He will then choose, for example, to insert the total amount or a deposit. An integrated calculator even allows inserting a calculated amount. For example, insert 33% of the total amount.
After inserting the payment, the user will have a list of payments made by the client, with the balance.
