New request A future client wants a detailed estimate for his trip. |

Acknowledgement of receipt The Agency could confirm the receipt of the request and/or ask for additional information. |

Client answer The client answers the previous email from the Agency. |
 |
Sending a detailed proposal The Agency has the information needed to establish an estimate and it
sends it to the client. |
 |
Client's deposit The client is satisfied with the estimate and pays a deposit. |
 |
Closing the file The client begins his trip and the file is closed. |
